We at Planet Green appreciate your interest in our network, and we'd like you to consider joining the team that will determine the direction our programming will take in the year to come. To this end, we are extending an invitation to join the Discovery Influencer Panel, our online consumer research community. As a member of the panel, you will be contacted by email once or twice a month and be asked to provide opinions regarding our current shows, new programming ideas, online topics and more. You'll get a taste of what goes on behind the scenes at Planet Green, and you'll be rewarded in the process.
In order to join the Influencer Panel, please click the next button and complete the survey that follows to see if you are eligible. There are three parts to this survey, which you can complete one at a time. As you go through the survey, please answer each question. You will be able to move from one page to the next only after answering all the questions. Complete part one of the survey to qualify as a panel member and receive a $5 discount on a purchase of $25 or more from the online Discovery Store. Then complete the remaining two parts of the survey at your own pace to receive a $10 discount on a purchase of $40 or more from the online Discovery Store. And once you become an active panelist, you'll be eligible for monthly prize drawings (see Contest Rules & Regulations), so be sure to participate often for more chances to win!
