We at Planet Green wanted to send you one last reminder that you have been invited to join the Discovery Influencer Panel. This panel is the only place where you can share your ideas and opinions directly with the networks at Discovery Communications. As a member of the Influencer Panel you will have exclusive access to the member portal where you can see previews of upcoming shows, participate in quick polls, and view your personal invitations to review and comment on Planet Green programming. We think you'll find the panel interesting, interactive, and rewarding.

In order to join the Influencer Panel, please click the next button and complete the survey that follows to see if you are eligible. There are three parts to this survey, which you can complete one at a time. As you go through the survey, please answer each question.
